fresh towels convenient stores

I found the room clean, and the provided towels were fresh. The Skytrain station was close to the hotel. but 2 convenient 7/11 stores were even closer.

The front desk staff during check in showed behavior I found unprofessional.

friendly staff helpful information tasty options

the staff were very friendly and always helpfull. benz at the front desk give me a lot of information about the area. the hotel location is handy because the bts line station is within a short walk. i find that the breakfast offer a wide range of tasty options.

i did see some scuffs and marks on the furniture in the room.

the breakfast include an egg station and a coffee machine and there is many other delicious option. the restaurant offer a cheap and convenient option for guest as well, that is very good.

the hotel provide free water everyday for they guest. the fast wifi connect you with the rest of the world. the gym has equipment for basic workout and the skytrain station near by is handy.

poor shower creaked door

The staff at breakfast were great. The service was attentive.

The shower was quite poor. The water temperature wasn't adjustable and was always very hot. every door also creaked loudly, which became irritating at night. i found it difficult to get a proper rest because of that.
